Your mission as a Centre Manager

The Centre Manager at LASIK MD is a highly influential. This person understands and is able to communicate the vision and direction of the business.

The Centre Supervisor is a great communicator, inspires people to give their best, taking into consideration their respective strengths, and establishes strong trusting relationships.


  • Understand business mindset and use judgment in decision-making and day-to-day operations;
  • Think outside of the box to establish concrete actions in order to meet short and long term goals;
  • Foster a strong engagement culture through effective employee management;
  • Ensure accountability within the team;
  • Achieve balance between development / coaching and constructive performance management;
  • Ensure to always have the right people in the right place;
  • Know when to be hands-on and drill down in current processes and results;
  • Understand and manage budgets;
  • Measure and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Required skills

  • Bilingualism is required (oral and written);
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen;
  • Known for his / her ability to convince, influence and engage team members in is / her vision and in the achievement of objectives;
  • Excellent sense of initiative and creativity;
  • Thrive in a high paced entrepreneurial culture which manages multiple affiliate businesses;
  • Solid and proven customer service and management skills;
  • Expertise in complaint management;
  • Superior priority management abilities;
  • Proven HR management abilities;
  • Goal oriented and comfortable with aggressive sales and service targets;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, displaying empathy, emotional; intelligence, confidence, professionalism and leadership;
  • Intermediate-level computer skills and ease with learning new software.
  • Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in management in a sales environment;
  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management or related discipline will be considered an asset;
  • Related combination of training / courses and experience will also be considered.
  • Position details

    This is a temporary, full-time position (maternity leave replacement). We offer a competitive compensation, bonuses and benefits.

    Candidates must be willing to work 40 hours per week, on a flexible schedule (days, evenings and weekends). A full training is given to all new hires.
