Expert. Attentive. Motivated. We are seeking an experienced Associate, Fixed Income Product & Sales to join this critical, customer-

facing team that ensures the successful adoption and use of our platform by customers. In this role, you will be an Overbond product expert guiding our customers, sophisticated institutional capital markets professionals, through the platform, establishing best practices, and leading the development of an optimal training process and creation of educational material as we expand.

You will collaborate with our Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that our customers are successful and enthusiastically using our platform while identifying opportunities or pain points along the way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be Fixed Income expert. You will be an Overbond fixed income product pricing expert exhibiting thorough product knowledge and insights.
  • You will work cover large universe of corporate and government credit. You’ll understand our customers’ organization, investment grade corporate credit treasury departments and fixed income portfolio managers and how our platform and services function in their current environment.

    You will also identify opportunities for product development and pain points from our users based on your intimate contact with them through the onboarding and adoption phase.

  • Bond Pricing. You will perform in-depth analysis of corporate credit pricing both qualitative and quantitative and communicate value proposition to some of the most sophisticated capital markets professionals in the industry
  • Advocate. You’ll be a dedicated advocate of our product and its functionality to promote customer success and adoption.
  • You’ll inspire customers to think actively about how our platform can support their business. However, you’ll also be the leading voice of our customer internally to ensure that their needs are being met and feedback is received.

  • Create. You’ll develop an advanced pricing models, pricing calculators and user interfaces along with collateral (educational materials, webinars, training sessions, product improvement suggestions) to ensure our customers are happy and successful in adopting and implementing our platform into their businesses.
  • You’ll also be responsible for developing insight activities and support the analysis and reporting through the onboarding and adoption phase.

  • Manage. You’ll be the primary point-of-contact for our customers through the product design phases, onboarding process and a critical post-
  • sales relationship owner. You’ll track customer progress and identify risks and successes along the way. You will ensure that relevant data and feedback is shared with the broader team.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field. An understanding of the fixed income / bond market is a bonus.
  • Industry Experience. You will have prior capital markets / investment banking experience (3 years) performing in-depth analyses.
  • Experience in quantitative pricing roles is an asset
  • Experience in all aspects of bond origination and transaction execution (i.e. due diligence, documentation, transaction marketing) preferred
  • Existing relationships with corporate clients and investors are an asset
  • Possess extensive product knowledge and deep understanding of debt capital markets
  • Professionalism. You have strong project management skills and hold yourself highly accountable.

  • Outstanding communication skills. This is vital. You will be dealing with sophisticated customers in an institutional setting.
  • Your oral, written and presentation skills are excellent.
