Expert. Attentive. Motivated. We are seeking an experienced Associate, Fixed Income Product & Sales to join this critical, customer-
facing team that ensures the successful adoption and use of our platform by customers. In this role, you will be an Overbond product expert guiding our customers, sophisticated institutional capital markets professionals, through the platform, establishing best practices, and leading the development of an optimal training process and creation of educational material as we expand.
You will collaborate with our Product, Technology, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure that our customers are successful and enthusiastically using our platform while identifying opportunities or pain points along the way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will work cover large universe of corporate and government credit. You’ll understand our customers’ organization, investment grade corporate credit treasury departments and fixed income portfolio managers and how our platform and services function in their current environment.
You will also identify opportunities for product development and pain points from our users based on your intimate contact with them through the onboarding and adoption phase.
You’ll inspire customers to think actively about how our platform can support their business. However, you’ll also be the leading voice of our customer internally to ensure that their needs are being met and feedback is received.
You’ll also be responsible for developing insight activities and support the analysis and reporting through the onboarding and adoption phase.
