Responsibilities

  • Deliver client funded consulting interventions across a wide range of DDI leadership development and succession management solutions.
  • Consult with customer’s talent management leaders and senior executives to gain a deep understanding of business strategies, industry drivers, and leadership / talent implications.
  • For large engagements, assemble a team of DDI associates in a variety of roles (e.g. Consulting and Project Management) to deliver complex programs / solutions to customers.
  • Partner with Marketing to help strategize demand generation efforts for this market.
  • Implement account management and business development activities to build customer satisfaction, expansion of relationships and long-term loyalty.
  • Plan and conduct sales pursuits, proposal activities, account strategy documentation and client presentations.
  • Document sales activities and Forecast information in the CRM.
  • Negotiate win-win agreements for new engagements.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing and Product Management on the application of DDI solutions to meet client needs, and insights on current competitors.
  • Mandatory Qualifications

    These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant B2B sales and / or leadership consulting
