Overall purpose of the position : Within established policies and procedures and under the supervision of the Team Lead, assist in ensuring the department’s daily goals are met while still assuming a productive role on the floor coaching, leading mentoring and motivating the staff.

Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM Who You Are We are looking for individuals who are :

  • Prepare information for Daily Meetings
  • Communicate daily priorities and schedule
  • Monitor staff performance and workload
  • Provide regular status reports to the Team Lead
  • Investigate problems and fix or provide information to Team Lead
  • Create and maintain reports
  • Coach, lead, mentor and motivate
  • Perform other duties as assigned when necessary
  • Required Skills And Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in related role or field
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently
  • Ability to coach, lead, mentor and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong Warehouse Management system and processes
  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Good work ethic and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent leadership skills
  • Good understanding of Warehouse Management systems and processes
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Employee file must be in good standing
  • Available to work overtime during peak times
