5 Years or more experience in shipbuilding or related area
Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes
Strong written and oral communication skills required
Strong skills in organizing and managing large number of tasks with varying priorities
Good technical and business aptitude, fast learner, and effective problem solver
Experience leading change or complex improvement projects
Academically qualified as an Engineer with a recognized university bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial / manufacturing engineering or similar
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.
S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
