Tasks :

The claim management clerk will perform daily invoicing / credit process and investigate deductions that have been taken by customers.

Communicate daily via phone and email with customers or other employees to research and resolve customer deductions.

Requirements :

  • More than 2 years of experience
  • DEC / DEP in Administration
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication (French and English) skills including cognitive skills such as listening, analyzing and interpreting.
