Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Plan and develop the market for existing and new products through execution, while optimizing available tools.
Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly during surgical procedures.
Cultivate business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions to promote products and services.
Analyze and report on the market and competitive business feedback.
Compensation is dependent on relevant experience and includes a base salary of $70-90K plus commissions with $140-170K TI, car allowance, travel expenses and full benefits.
