  • Visit existing and potential customers regularly to promote products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Plan and develop the market for existing and new products through execution, while optimizing available tools.
  • Provide ongoing technical training and support to customers directly during surgical procedures.
  • Cultivate business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
  • Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions to promote products and services.
  • Analyze and report on the market and competitive business feedback.
  • Compensation is dependent on relevant experience and includes a base salary of $70-90K plus commissions with $140-170K TI, car allowance, travel expenses and full benefits.
