We are looking to add a Technical Support Engineer to our team as we continue to grow. We need a Technical Support engineer who wants to contribute to the support of a highly-
valued and differentiated product in the Healthcare Technology industry.
Joining us now is a chance to directly impact the growth of our 600+ existing accounts and untapped new ones while expanding your own skill set.
It ™s an opportunity to move up from supporting our customers to independently managing smaller projects in under two years.
Who you are
You are a new or recent grad with a passion for healthcare, technology and the way they come together. Whether your major is in Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or Computer Science, you solve problems methodically, like an Engineer.
You have outstanding communication, basic (or better) programming skills, task management, problem solving and a strong focus on providing a positive customer experience.

As our new Technical Support Engineer you will focus on :
You will take full ownership of an issue without supervision to resolve technical issues in a timely manner using phone / email / video conference as necessary.
You will develop and maintain excellent relationships with all of our customers and partners and help in continuously improving the support service in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will create and maintain help page documentation to ensure our customers are receiving the latest best practices.
hours emergency call (less than 4x a year). You will listen to and empathize with the clientâ€™s concerns. You will analyze situations and solve problems.
As a new or recent grad, hereâ€™s what you bring :
You have developed skills in customer service. You are compassionate, patient and understanding. You want to help solve technical problems.
You can quickly process new, complex information and ask the right questions. You are eager to research and apply your findings.
Or, you can demonstrate an ability to grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies quickly.
You can put clients at ease and gain the trust of internal and external team members. And you value everyone you work with.
You are flexible to travel on average up to 25% a year and you have a valid passport and driverâ€™s license.
