Job Description
maintaining an output schedule, reconciliation of vendor invoices and coordination of payments and participation in work intake and quality control of new Output initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordination of output production activities with internal teams and external vendors within set SLA
Maintain ongoing knowledge of all aspects of output processes, applicable to the Bank's policies and procedures
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure ongoing output inventory tracking and material ordering as needed
Reconciliation of invoices, payments and ongoing tracking of contractual agreements with output vendors
Maintain regular status reports of all output runs for which the team is responsible
Monitor quality by reviewing printed and collated materials as output is being processed
Communicate output schedules, progress and issues with internal teams and external output vendors
Schedule meetings, distribute agendas and minutes to support output team activities
Maintain good working relationships with internal teams and external output vendors
Participate in special projects and carry out any other similar or general task at the request of their manager
Qualifications
University degree / College diploma preferably in business administration, with 1 to 3 years of work experience related to output administration preferably with a financial institution
Proficient computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Proven organizational and time management skills
Bilingual (English / French) verbal and written communication skills are required.
