  • WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Providing a great experience for the guest through polite, professional and engaging conversation to ensure we give the highest level of service.
  • Checking guest tickets to ensure they are visible, properly fastened and within the allotted time frame.
  • Acting as an information resource for our guests for activities both on and off resort.
  • Maintaining a neat and professional location at all times and ensuring proper care and tidiness of all tube equipment.
  • Starting customers down the hill in their tubes.
  • Performing track maintenance.
  • Testing tracks daily for safety and reporting any issues.
  • Controlling the flow of customers within the tracks.
  • Ensuring customer safety within the park by following rules and guidelines set by management.
  • Checking and maintaining tube equipment.
  • Snow removal as required.
  • Restocking of firewood and maintaining fire.
  • Keeping the park clean including garbage pick-up.
  • Projecting a professional attitude and appearance whenever in uniform both at and away from work.
  • WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Outgoing, friendly and customer service oriented.
  • Must be able to endure the physical tasks in winter weather conditions.
  • Must be professional, energetic and dependable.
  • Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Prepared to work continually in all weather conditions outside.
  • Must have the ability to communicate confidently and maintain eye contact with guests and co-workers.
  • Punctuality and an excellent attendance record are required.
  • Must have reliable transportation (public transportation available for some shift times).
  • If you are hired, prior to your start date and as a condition of your employment, you will be required to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in accordance with Public Health guidelines.
