At Fraser Health we have a Director, Clinical Operations role located at the Mission Memorial Hospital . This position will allow you to combine your leadership skills and your clinical knowledge to support the provision of health care to the Mission Community Health Services and Home Support in the Abbotsford and Mission area.

The Director, Clinical Operations provides leadership and direction on strategies, planning, design, implementation, delivery and assessment of assigned clinical department / service within or across a hospital or health services area, or, for a Regional Program across Fraser Health.

Partner with municipalities, non- government agencies and clinical and support leaders as you play a key role in the system design, implementation and sustainability of clinical programs supporting the Fraser Health Strategic Operating Priorities.

  • Form partnerships within a network of Regional programs, centralized services, hospital sites and community health service areas,
  • Form partnership with municipalities and community agencies,
  • Support operational leaders by removing barriers to the development of a culture of patient-centred care across the health care continuum.
  • We are looking for you to have :

  • A master's level of education in a field related to health care management,
  • Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
