Reporting to the Manager of Business Strategy Development, the Senior Strategy Manager owns the profit & loss (P&L) and Premier Sales Organization (PSO) strategic roadmap.
Execute from sales operation reporting by driving the standardization and alignment of national channel development. They lead strategic channel profitability programs nationally across the Loyalty, Sales, and Support (LSS) organization focused on the Mid-
Market Small (MMS) segment.
The Sales Operations team within LSS organization drive sales process efficiencies, own the operational enablement of on-
shore & off-shore customer facing teams, manage the execution of regional marketing strategies, develop sales transformation training, define the harmonized P&L and PSO roadmap, and perform long term planning and strategy development.
