Installation Coordinator - Montreal

GoCo Technology is seeking an experienced Installation Coordinator.

GoCo is a next-generation managed service provider that offers robust and flexible business communication technology like Unified Communications, Managed Networks and Network Security to its customers.

You will contribute to the team by performing the following :

  • Process submitted orders, vendor confirmations, change requests, and revisit requests
  • Maintain Onsite Install queues (queue should be cleaned out at least once a day)
  • Prepare reporting metrics for installations completed
  • Vendor Management for Canada and the US
  • Mentoring / training : coordinators, onsite agents, vendors, technicians
  • Documenting the summaries from customer needs assessment inquires
  • Maintaining accurate installation scope of work, and updating all documentation as needed
  • Project Management : Installation projects
  • Site pre-qualification tasks
  • Coverage for multiple positions (vacations, workloads, etc)
  • What do you bring to the team?

  • Experience in working in a dispatch / technical support environment
  • Able to effectively communicate internally / externally with clients and anticipate issues where possible
  • Ability to prioritize, project manage and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience and genuine dedication to customer care / service
  • Positive, outgoing, optimistic personality
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
  • General Internet knowledge and experience working in an ISP environment
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant degree or certificate program an asset
  • Nice to have :

  • 2+ years’ work experience in installation of internet connectivity services
  • Complex project coordination experience
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Scheduling and coordination experience
