Store Manager - Maje, Yorkdale Shopping CentreWe are currenlty seeking a Passionate Entrepreneur to fill the role of Store Manager in our Maje, Yorkdale Shopping Centre Global Flagship location.
Over-arching objectives for this exciting opportunity include year over year sales growth and the cultivation of the local client base.
This will be achieved through flawless execution of our Selling / Service Initiatives, acquisition and development of our talent, exceeding established KPI targets, Merchandising, and Store Operations.Customer Experience
As the ultimate "Brand Ambassador", the Store Manager optimizes and maximizes the Customer Experience by :
Ensuring Store and Associate Appearance & Behavior meets Company Standards.
Empowering all Associates to have positive interactions with Clients that highlight Brand DNA, story-telling, and product knowledge.
Leads the store outreach / clientelling programs.Drives Sales / Profitablity
Delivers on all KPI targets and team performance.
Communicates objectives, priorities, and action plans to the team.
Manages performance to achieve business results.Company Policy Compliance
Scheduling (FT / PT ratio)
Staff Compliance training
Overall communications with Corporate Partners and Field Management.Talent

3+ years of prior supervisory experience - versed in Human Resources and People Development.
