The position involves the following responsibilities :
Identify, elicite, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of end-users in a particular area of the business, and for specific projects or initiatives;
Analyze target populations;
Capture the to-be state and process improvements;
Identify the associated business requirements;
Plan Business Analysis activities for project / Initiative / Audience;
Elicit Business Requirements from Internal / External business partners;
Facilitate communication between stakeholders (Business, IT, Customers, etc.);
Analyze, clarify and prioritize requirements with business;
Requirements management and communication;
Create and validate the current and future state business processes with business partners;
Analyze processes to identify business opportunities;
Verify and validate requirements coverage (meeting business needs);
Apply, and ensure compliance with, all appropriate company IT standards (eg. Security, Architecture, Project Delivery Methodology, SOX, etc.).
The following is the profile sought :
Experience of ten (10) years with Information Security, Log management and Access Management;
Facilitation of workshops skills;
Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and CBAP are an asset.
