As the CRM Specialist, you will work with the CRM team to create and execute strategic campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue.

You will also analyze CRM data to better understand our customers and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience segmentation.

Portfolio Management :

  • Create and execute strategic campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue
  • Plan campaigns, create and manage work-back schedules, review creative, recommend audience targeting strategies, test, review results, share learnings, & make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Apply data mining techniques to customer and market data to deliver segmentation targeting for marketing campaigns
  • Work with CRM and BI analysts to analyze and report on campaign results and KPI’s, highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities.
  • Maintain formal process to update and share findings with stakeholders

  • Work alongside external marketing agencies to execute projects and manage timelines
  • Develop and manage strategic acquisition campaigns to grow our customer database and meet aggressive quarterly targets leveraging a multi-channel approach
  • Develop digital marketing strategies, including segmentation, personalization, lifecycle, churn and trigger campaigns that support customer experience and revenue goals
  • Support Bell Mobility and Bell Residential services teams through the management of digital messaging campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business units to support and optimize key opportunities CRM channels via gaining approval and buy-in
  • Maintain and update CRM schedule leveraging collaborative project management tools
  • Develop, initialize and set up testing strategies for communications to ensure most effective approach and to ensure constant learning and optimizing
  • Skills we’re looking for :

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Communications / Advertising
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a CRM marketer, with experience executing email campaigns is a must; preferably within a retail environment
  • Experience creating journeys in Salesforce would be a great asset
  • Experience and knowledge of A-B testing, test & control, & lift over control concepts
  • Sound analytical capabilities with proven experience in digital analytics programs, specifically Google Analytics and Excel-based analysis.
  • Experience formulating and measuring test plans

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high volume of work and multitask, a high volume of project execution / implementation, while staying focused on customer needs and business results
  • Curiosity, drive to continuously learn and improveSelf-driven and resourceful, we are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects with minimal direction
