edge virtual access methods.Job LevelCL-06The incumbent’s primary responsibilities will be the alignment of priorities and business positioning, and the simplification and ongoing monitoring of changes affecting service delivery by employees from the physical distribution networks.

They will design service delivery taking into account priorities regarding the development of the member-client journey and manufacturers’ product and service offers, ensuring consistency with the Desjardins brand distribution strategy and an omnichannel vision.

The person in this position will also play a cross-sector role within the administrative department / division, notably for the implementation of business architecture deliverables and project portfolio monitoring.

Main responsibilitiesSupport the immediate supervisor by helping with work organization, operational planning and special initiativesDevelop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic orientations and other administrative units, in a performance management contextEstablish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity in keeping with Desjardins valuesDefine and ensure the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services and ensure entrusted projects are carried through so as to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfactionSupport the administrative unit’s action plan by successfully managing individual and team performanceContinuously improve the management of processes under your responsibilityPromote Desjardins Group’s cooperative valuesRepresent the organization and conduct business intelligence.

Specific responsibilitiesPlan, develop and implement service delivery orientations and the development plan for projects overseen by the administrative department, taking into account the needs of member-

clients and physical distribution network employees, in line with the division’s strategic orientations and business plan.

Exercise influential leadership and cross-sector responsibility for entrusted files, with multiple business partners.Responsible for monitoring business solutions overseen by the administrative department.

Ensure they are integrated, simple and efficient, and developed in accordance with the priority needs of members and physical distribution network employees.
