Reporting to the Secondary Markets Manager Service Operations, this position will be responsible for administering to new and existing programs within the Secondary Markets channels to facilitate growth in a manner that aligns with the greater strategic plan.

This position will focus on Best Buy’s Geek Squad Certified Open Box program but will also support B2B and B2C resale programs within Secondary Markets.

The incumbent will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a track record of administering to, and growing programs in a large organization.

Core Responsibilities Program Management The incumbent will be responsible for day to day administration of Secondary Markets business programs / channels.

They will also be involved in pilot projects and be accountable for supporting potential growth into full-scale business channels.

This may include participation in developing supporting initiatives (e.g., growth, operational efficiency, system enhancements), setting targets, and associated key performance indicators.

Client support (internal / external) This role will interact with internal and external clients to ensure smooth operations and responsiveness to customer needs.

The individual will work with clients to understand their business needs, propose necessary action plans, and ensure frequent follow-up.

This includes reporting of KPIs, action plan progression, scheduling, and participation in client business reviews. Growth The individual will be relied upon to analyze and propose new opportunities to grow the Secondary business channels (as per the strategic plan).

This will involve working with internal stakeholders to uncover growth opportunities (e.g., new capabilities, new business partners).
