We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of our opportunities in the National Capital Region.
Advise on the development of standards, policies, directives and procedures;
Author, edit and ensure quality assurance of documentation;
Report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle;
Perform transfer of knowledge, through written and verbal methods;
Provide training and guidance to team members; and
Complete compliance audits
Requirements (experience / skills / clearance) :
Strong ability in dealing with client’s Technical Authorities
Outstanding interpersonal, organization and budget skills essential
Proven business success in Technical Services Security environment essential
Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
Initiative and good judgement
Secret Security Clearance Required
Post-Secondary Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering OR a combination of education and experience with the proven ability to perform the job tasks may be accepted
Other Requirements :
Review, Analyze and document current Business processes
Advise and guide the implementation service improvement tools and methods
Review and analyze possible software solutions to improve office prductivity.
