We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of our opportunities in the National Capital Region.

Responsibilities :

  • Advise on the development of standards, policies, directives and procedures;
  • Author, edit and ensure quality assurance of documentation;
  • Report progress of the project on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the life cycle;
  • Perform transfer of knowledge, through written and verbal methods;
  • Provide training and guidance to team members; and
  • Complete compliance audits
  • Requirements (experience / skills / clearance) :

  • Strong ability in dealing with client’s Technical Authorities
  • Outstanding interpersonal, organization and budget skills essential
  • Proven business success in Technical Services Security environment essential
  • Critical thinking and excellent problem solving skills
  • Initiative and good judgement
  • Bilingualism essential
  • Secret Security Clearance Required
  • Post-Secondary Degree or Certificate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering OR a combination of education and experience with the proven ability to perform the job tasks may be accepted
  • Other Requirements :

  • Review, Analyze and document current Business processes
  • Advise and guide the implementation service improvement tools and methods
  • Review and analyze possible software solutions to improve office prductivity.
