Overview of the opportunity :
The Digital Learning Solution Business Support role reports to the Senior Manager, Global L&D digital learning solutions and is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Global L&D digital learning solutions in developing and implementing the digital learning solutions strategy for Global L&D and KPMG.
This position will focus on project management, gathering business requirements and assisting the Global L&D team in initial adoption of the digital solution so they become mainstream solutions with widespread usage and capabilities.
In the analysis state this person may be involved in assisting management with research of new learning development tools and technologies and adoption activities such as communications.
In the pilot through to post launch phases of digital solutions to the KPMG network this role is tasked with project management in a technical environment, including testing and troubleshooting with the member firm, IT and the vendor, writing documentation, processes and communication elements, communications with stakeholders and reporting activities all supporting the digital learning solutions projects.
This role will also work with the Senior Manager, Global L&D learning solutions who supports the people and content side of implementing digital solutions such as change management or end user experience.
