Our client, in professional services, is looking for a temporary Office Administrator to join their team! In this role you will provide support to the administration and facilities department in their daily tasks.
If you are an organized, professional, detail-oriented individual with previous experience in an administrative environment this may be the role for you!
Office Administrator Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support in to the office administration and facilities department
Perform general administrative tasks including printing, scanning and physical / electronic filing
Process large amounts of paperwork and data
Prepare documentation and resources for distribution compiling labels and preparing envelopes
Perform other duties as assigned
Office Administrator Qualifications
A high school qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative role
Proven computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented and the ability to work well under pressure
Duration : 3 weeks with potential to extend
