The Data, Insights & Analytics team seeks to see, listen, understand, know and act better on behalf of our customers. We work with teams from across the organization and a tremendous wealth of data, to drive innovation and build analytic capabilities to support transformational initiatives.
We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist, People Analytics to drive research, problem-solving and automation. Reporting to the Senior Director Data Science, People Analytics, the incumbent will drive analysis, developing solutions and production-ready models to improve people’s experiences, engagement and behaviours, reduce costs, improve operations, store performance and deliver meaningful business outcomes through people analytics and effective storytelling.
The successful candidate will have experience with identifying needs and creating process improvement solutions, working with multiple stakeholders and maintaining collaborative relationships with HR and business partners and have a solid working knowledge of the disciplines of decision making science, system thinking and dynamics, data visualization, process mining and automation.
The candidate should have a solid working knowledge of Python, SQL, Tensorflow, Machine Learning, Text Mining / NLP / NLU and Organizational Network Analytics.
Process automation and software engineering skills are an asset.
The candidate will be a self-starter who has a passion for providing various ways to improve effectiveness within the business using people’s data.
The hands-on role requires applying analytic techniques to solve real-world problems and challenges.
