CBI Port Coquitlam is a well-established and continuously growing clinic consisting of a diverse clinical team working across a variety of therapeutic programs.

Comprising of two units, the 6th floor rehabilitation gym is fully equipped and offers a beautiful view of the Tri-City area while the 1st floor acute treatment are is newly renovated to suit the always expanding clientele.

The Team at CBI POCO prides itself on providing a positive and supportive environment for all clients and staff, while also delivering high quality service to help each client ultimately reach their goals.

As a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant within CBI Health Group, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-

quality service to our Port Coquitlam, BC location.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

As a Administrative Assistant, you will :

  • Provide customer service to clients and stakeholders, both in person and on the phone
  • Ensure smooth operations of the front desk at our busy, fast paced clinic
  • Financial management including collecting payments from clients and funders, end of day reconciliation
  • Data entry and reporting
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support
  • Coordinate referral process
  • Manage confidential files and track patient follow-up
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have :

  • 2-3 years customer service and office experience
  • Strong communication skills, demonstrated with both clients and staff
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Well developed skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Basic knowledge of financial processes (AP / AR)
