    Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for the Firm supporting all business applications and end users.

    ETS provides capabilities for all stages of the Firm’s software development lifecycle, enabling productive coding, functional and integration testing, application releases, and ongoing monitoring and support for over 3,000 production applications.

    Position Description :

    Enterprise Technology & Services (ETS) delivers shared technology services for the Firm supporting all business applications and end users.

    Responsibilities :

  • Support and collaborate with the Transformation Enablement Lead to understand the Service Tower strategic priorities and vision
  • Use high level portfolio visions to create delivery plans for execution
  • Take ownership of deliverables, monitoring implementation, ensuring progress, and reporting status back to the Transformation Enablement Lead and key stakeholders
  • Actively support the execution of deliverables for both large and small initiatives
  • Support may range from expertise sharing, to hands-on involvement such as program
  • management and artifact creation, as necessary

  • Oversee workstreams to :
  • Ensure alignment across identified initiatives
  • Create initiative roadmaps, working within the transformation portfolio framework and leveraging on-the-ground experience to develop and execute on delivery of initiatives
  • Foster culture of collaboration and enable teams to ensure that risks and blockers are highlighted, escalated as necessary, and solutioned
  • Ensure team / squad develops, maintains and monitors agreed KPIs / metrics across initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for optimization that will help achieve organizational excellence through Transformation initiatives
  • Required skills :

  • 10+ years of professional experience in transformation, management consulting, project management, or related professions
  • Advanced / deep knowledge of Agile and associated methodologies (e.g. Kanban, ceremonies, KPIs)
  • Experience with virtual and global collaboration and related techniques
  • Highly motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and define approaches to bring issues to resolution
  • Excellent analytic skills, strong experience in metrics / KPI creation and management
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to summarize information in executive-level presentations with minimal text (e.g., in PowerPoint)
  • Strategic thinker able to provide structure and clarity to ambiguous problems
  • Excellent relationship building capabilities with both internal and external partners
  • Proven ability to work on multiple tasks and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with design thinking principles (e.g., persona identification, journey mapping, etc.) would be an asset
  • Extremely organized and high attention to detail
  • Highly knowledgeable in MS Office suite of applications
