This position pays a $0.55 shift premium in addition to the hourly rate.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Contributes to a healthy work environment, while maintaining high food safety standards
Lifts boxes / totes from skids and pushes loaded boxes / totes onto conveyor
Manually moves caps around when necessary
Lifts partially and / or full totes and dumps into combo boxes
Working on production lines, handling raw poultry products
Takes action to correct any issues and to make improvements
Other responsibilities as required

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITY & EXPERIENCE :
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with repetitive tasks on a moving line
Able to stand and walk throughout the shift
Able to rotate through all positions in the department as required
Must be able to lift totes / boxes up to 55lbs
Good communication skills, able to speak and read English
