Softchoice is a FastTrack Ready Partner and we are hiring a FastTrack Specialist to work directly with our customers, advise them to enable their Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure investment, communicate with internal Softchoice team and coordinate Microsoft FastTrack resources.
The FastTrack Specialist is a customer-facing role focused on helping customers leverage Microsoft FastTrack benefit by coordinating FastTrack Orchestration Portal (FTOP) activities and advising customers to enable their Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure investment.
The FastTrack benefit enables customers onboard to Office 365 and Azure, getting them on track to build it right, architect it right, the first time.
FastTrack takes a solution-centric approach, providing customers with Microsoft engineers, tools and best practices significantly increasing customer success with Office 365 and Azure Deployments.
Our team is looking for you; a FastTrack Specialist that will enable Softchoice to deliver the FastTrack benefit, who brings great teamwork, positive attitude, high-energy leadership, coordination and engineering execution to our customer-focus team chartered with enabling an excellent experience for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud platform customers.
As our FastTrack Specialist, you will have responsibility for :
Oversee and coordinate the customer onboarding journey, the customer experience and maintain the overall customer relationship via the FastTrack Orchestration Portal (FTOP) Advise customers to enable their Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure investment to execute on their FastTrack benefit Keep up with the program updates and inform relevant groups internally of any changes Work closely with Microsoft and Softchoice FastTrack engineers in addressing customer solution needs and driving success with their Office 365 and Azure deployments Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across Innovation, Sales, Professional services, Keystone (managed services) and partner teams
The ideal candidate will have :
5 years in either a Microsoft specialist or technical delivery role and Project Management Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of customers, possess an understanding of the onboarding process for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure following FTOP prescriptive guidance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative and strategic thinker with strong presentation skills 5+ years of direct customer facing experience or project management abilities Project Coordination and / or project management skills Strong expertise in Microsoft Cloud portfolio with an emphasis on O365, Teams, Windows 10, Microsoft EMS, Azure and AD.
Consulting and / or Delivery experience a plus Technical proficiency in FTOP coordination
