Job Summary :

The successful candidate will work with the renewal team with a focus on client retention. They will ensure renewals are reviewed and processed in a timely manner as well as prepare comparison quotes and coverage recommendations when applicable.

Qualifications :

  • RIBO License is required or ability to obtain RIBO;
  • Minimum of 1-2 years insurance experience;
  • Highly developed customer service skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • CAIB or CIP designation (or working towards designation) would be an asset.
