The Strategy and Innovation Advisor III reports to the Vice-President of Strategy and Innovation. Working with teams from Strategy and Innovation, Group Insurance and elsewhere in the organization, the advisor formulates recommendations for senior management on innovation and transformation guidelines for the company, particularly related to Group Insurance core functions.

The successful candidate should be proactive and take initiatives within the organization. The advisor works with internal teams to implement these guidelines.

  • Works with representatives of Group Insurance’s core functions on designing and developing new and innovative initiatives that will directly contribute to meeting the strategic objectives of the division and of the organization as a whole.
  • Monitors Group Insurance’s ecosystem, including the positioning of various players and their strategies in various markets and puts this data into perspective in relation to the company’s positioning.
  • Performs analyses to understand and interpret the macro trends that have an impact on our organization and the areas in which we are operating, particularly in group insurance.
  • Identifies innovative positioning and lucrative opportunities for the company on the basis of these analyses.

  • Formulates strategies for obtaining and managing customer engagement and maximizing business synergies with customers.
  • Formulates recommendations for guiding strategies that would allow the company to positively differentiate itself from its competitors in customer experience, digital and other positioning areas to meet its objectives in the market.
  • Contributes to identifying innovative solutions for various Group Insurance core function operations and guides the development of new solutions, coordinates development activities and implementation in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Participates in developing new dashboards to monitor implementation of the strategic plan and meeting of growth and transformation goals.
  • Profil recherché :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science or a related discipline
  • Seven years related experience in strategic monitoring, project management and strategic analysis
  • Extensive knowledge of technological trends, particularly digital
  • Business sense and capacity to anticipate change
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, ease with public speaking and teamwork
  • Creative sense and ability to present ideas
  • Capacity to work on several files at the same time, manage stress and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter, analytic, ability to synthesize
  • Excellent oral and written French and English
