As the head of Market Growth &Assessment Excellence, you will play a crucial role in retaining and growing our current client base and creating new business opportunities from our array of products and services.
With your creative and strategic mind, you will develop the right operating model to serve our markets efficiently, cost effectively and with high client satisfaction.
You have the courage to make difficult choices based on market conditions, feasibility and business cases. You will deliver on agreed upon KPIs along with staff engagement, financial performance and long-term sustainability.
In the Assessment Excellence area, you will guide a small team responsible for creating and driving value both in the markets we serve and internally through an agile and efficient operating model.

Deeply knowing your current markets and potential markets in every Canadian jurisdiction (ieLong-Term and Home Care,CommunityHealth, and AlliedHealth Clinics).
Deeply knowing our products / services and our teams to strategize on the right product for the right market with the right staffing.
Staying on top of emerging trends, deepening corporate knowledge and strategizing corporate initiatives relative to overall jurisdictional strategic plans and government priorities.
Overseeing all assessment processes and analytics to continuously improve ourprocesses and add value to clients.
Leading and enabling your team through strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated success in developing markets, identifying and securing new business, and managing ongoing relationships across multiple jurisdictions;
can perform effectively at three levels : business, sales, and content.
Building authentic and enduring relationships up and down all levels of organizational and governmental hierarchies.
Excel in change management strategies and tactics to support clients.
Identify with clients and assess their unique needs through an understanding of their culture and the context of their organization.
Being an inspiring mentor, coach and enabler.

You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?
Master’s degree in Business or a related field (MBA, MHA).
8+ years of progressive and varied experience in management especially in business development(ideally within the field of healthcare).
Progressive and varied relevant experience ideally gained in the private healthcare systems sector; can speak knowledgeably about all challenges of the health ecosystem and the shared value creation of effective integrated health services.
Excellent communication skills a strong listener, speaker and presenter.
Tried and tested assessment, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills. This is key. You’ll be interacting daily with our Canadian Accreditation team and with our valued client organizations.
