Moment Factory is a multimedia studio based in Montreal with a full range of production expertise under one roof. Our team combines specialists in video, lighting, architecture, sound, and special effects to create remarkable experiences.

Since its inception in 2001, Moment Factory has created more than 400 unique shows and destinations. Productions span the globe and include such clients as the Los Angeles Airport, Nine Inch Nails, Microsoft, NFL, Sony, Toyota, the City of Barcelona, Madonna, and Royal Caribbean Cruises.

YOUR MISSION In this role, you will provide general technical support, by preparing materials for work permit applications (LMIA / CAQ, C10, C20, IEC (Young Pro), A75, NAFTA), visa applications, work permit renewals and permanent residency applications (CSQ, PR).

    By joining the Montreal studio, you will be working alongside 400 employees of ten different nationalities in an open-concept, organic, colourful, and human space.

    The studio occupies 60,000 square feet, over two floors of a historical printing house in Mile-Ex. It all started here, in what was once the multicultural industrial centre of the city and has become the turntable of artificial intelligence in Montreal.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES ·Write and produce official documents and forms to be submitted to government authorities for work permits, visas or immigration in the context of working abroad or within Canada;
  • Assist in the management of all processes related to obtaining and renewing official immigration documents;·Organize the filing and presentation of the documents necessary for all the aforementioned requests;
  • Communicate directly with employees to relay documents and information and answer their questions; ·Provide the necessary support to the Global Mobility Advisor on various files;
  • Write and prepare all the necessary documents (letter and visa application) for business trips abroad (USA, Asia, Europe, South America, Oceania);
  • Write and prepare all documents required to support expatriate employees (from Canada or international offices);·Provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks such as hiring and onboarding (coordinating interviews, following up on interviews, writing offer of employment, departure letters, etc.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

  • QUALIFICATIONS ·DEC, administrative technical training or any other relevant training;·Minimum of 2 years of experience in preparing work permits and immigration applications or any other relevant experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, spoken and written;·Ease with writing in both languages;·Excellent customer service;
  • Rigorous work ethic, ability to meet deadlines and a good sense of initiative;·Autonomy; management skills; ability to prioritize tasks;
