We are looking for The Customer Service Specialist receives and processes elevator or equipment / component inquiries and orders from customers.

The Customer Service Specialist enables complete, correct and punctual deliveries of service and solutions to KONE China customers as requested.

He / She manages the interface with all key stakeholders.

Requirements :

Skills, Education and Experience Required : - Good communication skills both written and oral - Graduate of any 4 years bachelors course.

Bachelor's in Engineering is a plus. - Have a high energy and possess an innovative mindset. - Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills for speaking, reading, and writing. - Self-motivated and able to handle pressure.
