Position Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring that incoming applications / documents are processed in a timely and compliant manner to ensure our Customers come first and receive excellence in service
  • Process email inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assume ownership of assigned tasks with an eye to prioritizing urgent requests and assisting to solve problems that may prevent applications from moving through our process as quickly as possible
  • Accurate record keeping (call track) on our customer tracking systems
  • Be a team player including backing up teammates during high absence periods as required
  • Leading and support special projects as identified
  • Position Requirements :

  • 1 3 years’ experience providing excellent customer service and / or working in a customer support department
  • Superior communication skills; able to articulate clearly and effectively over the phone and in writing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business
  • Bilingual in French and English
