Report to the Store Environment Permanent and Promotional Manager this person is responsible for in-store promotional signage for its respective banner.

Strong in project management, print production and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and determine signage pieces that have to be produce based on the activity gameplan and weekly store promotions.
  • Responsible to create and develop the signage
  • Manage material production in term of graphic, content, proofreading, print, distribution list and in-store delivery
  • Follow budget including re-forecast as the project progress
  • Build RFQ, process POs and ensure follow ups.
  • Determine quantities of signage to print and build distribution listing based on the activity calendar and flyer program
  • Responsible for the communication of the weekly signage promotion and installation guide.
  • Collaborate with external production agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Assist on managing workflow of new stores (permanent signage). Ensure they are set with current signage, displays, fixtures and completed on time.
  • Assist the Manager on store visit to ensure blueprint and store site match. Proceed with store signage survey when needed
  • Requirements :

  • 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience in store signage and production process
  • Degree in mkg
  • Ability to apply creative management in a fast-paced, high volume production environment
  • Strong time management, organizational, workflow / workload management skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and deliver projects on time with tight timelines.
  • Experienced in directing graphic communication for retail environments
  • Ability to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Bilingual French and English (advanced level)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Skilled with MS office suite. Strong knowledge of Excel software
