Looking to hire a Full-Time Administrative Assistant / Receptionist in Markham!

Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

$40,000-$45,000 + 10% bonus annually

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in an administrative or similar position

Able to multitask effectively

Strong organizational and time management skills

Able to attend venues and restaurants for yearly Sales Conference

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Job Duties :

Direct all incoming phone calls

Distribute all incoming mail and process outbound mail

Process courier shipments same day and Purolator

Monitor and order office supplies

Monitor and order supplies for the coffee and vending machines

Onboarding HR tasks : maintain the office directory, take Employee Headshots for new hires, ordering and dispensing First Aid Kits etc.

Maintain meeting rooms and kitchen areas

Process special company promotions

Back up support for Executive Assistant and HR Coordinator

Order business cards for all employees

Arrange lunches for team meetings

Manage and reconcile petty cash

Order Flowers for special employee occasions

Member of the Health and Wellness Committee

Other duties as assigned
