Aon is looking for a Identity and Access Management Specialist.

As part of our Global Access Operations team, you will help provision and de-provision access across a wide range of technologies, platforms and applications, continually improve services through process improvements and automation, special projects, metrics and other operational duties.

Your impact as an Identity and Access Management Specialist :

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provisioning and de-provisioning of access across IT Infrastructure and multiple Active Directory Domains, specific Business Applications and other corporate systems.
  • Respond to and resolve incidents relating to operational services
  • Data analysis and reporting on operational metrics
  • Create, maintain and review documentation
  • Handle the daily workload through proper Queue management and regular assignment of Tasks and Incident.
  • Contribute ideas related to process improvement and imbibe best practices.
  • Deliver solutions effectively in timely manner and high service quality
  • Involvement in various projects within Automation, Robotics and Request Form Lifecycle
  • Ensure the established Operational SLAs are achieved
  • On-Call Rotation including off-business hours
  • Handle sensitive and confidential data
  • You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

    Required Experience / Education and Skills-Set :

  • A minimum of 5 years direct experience within Identity and Access Management Operations or Security Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience
  • Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience in granting and removing access using Active Directory and Power Shell.
  • Experience with MS Exchange, Unix / Linux and SQL Server desired.

  • Sound knowledge of NTFS Permissions
  • Intermediate level of skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote)
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of Information Security Policy, Standards, Guidelines and application of Compliance and Security Best Practices
  • ITIL Terms Service Now Request, Incident and Reporting modules
