This position reports to the Transportation Manager and performs clerical and numerical processing activities including entering, processing, compiling, verifying and reporting data.
Job Description : RESPONSIBILITES :
Serve customers (both internal and external) by responding to and directing telephone and in person inquiries
Primary contact for fleet & lease and commercial accounts
Responsible for manually or electronically updating and entering new data in an accurate and timely manner, including vehicle information, registrations and other documents in a prescribed format
Assist in Sale Day activities as directed
Provide reports on request
Assist receptionist when needed by answering incoming phone calls
Available to work public sales
Perform filing and other administrative duties as required
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
High School diploma or equivalent in education / experience
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organized, attention to details
Ability to multi-task in a fast speed environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability as a team player
Strong data entry / keyboarding skills, and efficient with computers
Ability to travel on occasion for meetings or training
Bilingualism is an asset
