As a vital member of the Centralized Services Team you will be the first point of contact for clients and will correspond with staff and stakeholders directly over the phone and via e-mail, to schedule appointments, make referrals, respond to general inquiries, and ensure the client has access to the right service in a timely manner.

Reporting to the Provincial Manager, Centralized Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment, where a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day

  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with protocols, procedures and workflows, and ensure targets are met
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of responsiveness in booking the first assessment and follow-ups
  • Perform accurate, detailed data entry
  • Upload reports to the appropriate systems, track and review report errors to ensure accuracy
  • Coordinate billing activities with other team members
  • Follow appropriate escalation procedures, when required
  • Contribute to team success by supporting and participating in new staff training
  • Assist with ad hoc projects
  • Provide continual feedback on process improvements
  • Accept all referrals : answer the phone in the queue, respond to e-mail requests, and provide accurate information
  • Here’s what you’ll need to be successful

  • Superior customer service skills that reflect sensitivity to the needs of clients
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Word, Excel and aptitude for database software (experience with Arthur Health software will be considered as an asset)
  • Knowledge of WSIB Speciality Program will be an asset
  • The ability to provide an exceptional virtual experience
  • A compassionate and caring approach
  • Strong listening skills and a high level of patience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • The ability to prioritize under pressure
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and ability to multi-task
