As a vital member of the Centralized Services Team you will be the first point of contact for clients and will correspond with staff and stakeholders directly over the phone and via e-mail, to schedule appointments, make referrals, respond to general inquiries, and ensure the client has access to the right service in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Provincial Manager, Centralized Services, you will work in a fast-paced environment, where a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.
