The Partner Solutions Marketing Team is looking for an accomplished B2B marketer to help us develop customer focused programs that deliver on business goals.
You’ll get to work closely with various internal teams in order to create and execute the Partner Solutions after sales strategy.
You’ll mix creative strategies with business needs to produce marketing journeys that are compelling, engaging, and grounded in driving results.

You’ll plan and execute post-sale programs and campaigns that drive customer loyalty, customer advocacy and growth within existing accounts, as well as voice of the customer activities within our current customer base.
You’ll own the development of customer journeys, and optimize those journeys based on insights and results gained through various test and learn strategies.
By developing a comprehensive campaign calendar, you’ll ensure our quarterly and yearly results are achievable and measurable.
By owning the overarching customer upsell and cross sell strategy for various products within the Partner Solutions group, you’ll develop the go to market plans, and work with various internal teams in order to execute on that plan
By playing a key role in governing the proactive customer contact process to prevent disjointed, overlapping, or conflicting communications to the customer base
By managing relationships with our internal Product Managers and Sales groups to ensure plans coincide with sales goals, and can be executed on by support teams
You’ll develop, in partnership with sales, customer success, and product teams, customer personas that reflect differences between buyers and customers and enable segmentation and relevance in post-sale communications
By partnering with pricing, legal, digital, MarComm, and strategic teams to optimize program execution : driving seamless end-to-end stakeholder and customer experiences with measurable results
By continuously evaluating programs to maximize return on investment and budget efficiency

What you bring
Proven B2B project management strength and experience in delivering large, complex go to market strategies
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to motivate cross-functional / cross-departmental teams in order to deliver projects on time and on budget
Ownership, initiative, and display a sense of urgency and self-direction
The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work activities
Ability to organize and draw insights from customer data in order to identify opportunities
Comfort with numbers and budget tracking
Experience working with Salesforce and other marketing automation tools
An undergraduate degree in business / marketing / commerce
5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing and / or product management #LI-REMOTE
