CAA Club Group is currently looking for a SEO / SEM Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be working on thing like :
Understand business objectives to establish actionable goals and roadmaps. Able to provide top level strategic thinking, vision and insights to drive big ideas and SEM / SEO initiatives with measurable results
Be the SME on all aspects of search engine optimization and paid search by keeping abreast of the latest research, techniques, best practices, and updates
Make use of SEO tools and supporting software to perform site audits and compliance checks
Monitor, analyze and optimize website activity, traffic trends, SERP rankings and customer acquisition metrics
Building SEO strategies that help structure the website architecture as well as support and guidance for marketing campaigns
Work with multiple marketing teams to drive aligned consumer experiences and identify opportunities for operational and performance efficiencies
Perform keyword research and work directly with copywriters, web developers, and marketing teams to execute strategies and revenue opportunities
Work with Strategists to align paid and organic marketing and ultimately build a cohesive digital marketing campaign
Collaborate with design and development teams to implement SEM / SEO best practices and strategies
Measure, gather insights and continuously optimize SEO / SEM activities to improve performance. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and form hypotheses and design, execute, and analyze tests to optimize for performance; scale winners
Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to evaluate performance against forecast and plan
Post-secondary education with a degree / diploma in digital marketing, business, or communications
3+ years’ experience in SEM / SEO with demonstrated knowledge in optimizing paid and organic search listings
Google AdWords Certification (preferred)
Recognized SEO certifications (preferred)
Preferred) Experience with JIRA
Experience with standard Google products / tools (Analytics, Site Console, MyBusiness)
Experience with 3rd party SEO tools and Services (Example : MOZ, BrightEdge)
Understanding of web design, graphic design, and copywriting for SEO / SEM
