Career Opportunity Territory Sales Representative
We have an exciting opportunity to hire a Territory Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be accountable for supporting the sales, operations for OSL.
Our ideal candidate is a confident, inspiring, and accountable person who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities :
Proactively engage and interact with customers
Embody the OSL brand by articulating the positive impact of converting and creating a great signup experience for customers
Conclude the interaction by gaining the customer’s commitment
Share success stories with the team and leverage their support to formulate solutions to challenges
Challenge yourself to exceed daily and weekly expectations
Report key insights about consumer feedback to Sales Manager
Conduct and attend training sessions, meetings, and events as required
Various other duties as required

Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license
Prior experience within energy, credit card, or door-to-door sales is preferable
Firm understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
Flexibility to work various schedules including days, evenings, and weekends
Ability to stand / walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditions
A second language is considered an asset
