As a Manager within our Digital Customer practice focused on the Higher Education sector, you will propose on business strategies, technology consulting and digital enablement to streamline business operations and introduce new channels for engagement -

giving clients the edge they need to be competitive and to differentiate themselves.

The responsibilities for this role are to provide professional and effective consulting services that include :

  • Advising clients on digital solutions that streamline business operations and facilitate new models of engagement, such as : customer experience strategy (CX) and user centered design (UCD);
  • customer relationship management (CRM); marketing and social media; mobile enablement; online portals and communities for students, prospects, alumni, employees; analytics;
  • Delivering high quality, successful and impactful client engagements. Which includes : Serving as the primary point of contact for the client and the project team on day to day project activities;
  • Hands on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of different CRM platforms; Manage a diverse team of talented Consultants while coaching them to their highest potential;
  • Cultivate relationships with clients and possess a strong knowledge in leveraging prevalent methodologies as well as providing input and advice regarding CRM capabilities and functions;
  • Primary point of contact for client for day to day project activities; Employing a structured approach to project management to provide high value services that delight clients, foster a positive talent experience, and deliver profitable projects;
  • Cultivating relationships with clients in organizations;
  • Building market eminence and your reputation as a business advisor and subject matter expert;
  • Contributing to practice growth and development by pursuing new client opportunities, leading development of client proposals, and converting opportunities into delivery engagements;
  • Collaborating with the Senior Manager and / or Engagement Partner to resolve challenges and explore opportunities to bring additional value to the client;
  • Leading practice initiatives (functional / technical analysis, documentation development, trade booth participation etc.).
  • Required Qualifications

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills;
  • 5+ years’ experience providing technology consulting and digital enablement for clients in Higher Education with full cycle implementation ;
  • Experience working in a higher education institution in recruitment, admissions, registration, student accounts, financial aid, or advising is a preferred;
  • Hands on experience across technologies such as CRM, Marketing platforms, Mobile, Social Media Monitoring and Engagement and Analytics (Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, IBM, etc.);
  • Strong background in front office technologies to streamline business operations and facilitate engagement ;
  • Strong background and understanding of Student Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Financial Aid, Inquiry Management;
  • Hands-on experience with architecture, design, implementations, configuration and development;
  • Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence;
  • Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities;
  • Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client proposals and / or business cases, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership;
  • Strong creative design and presentation development and delivery skills;
  • Canadian travel required ;
  • Candidates must have the ability to travel up to 75%.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will have training and / or certifications in relevant technologies ;
  • Post graduate degree and / or a professional designation (e.g. PMP);
  • Eligibility to travel to the U.S. and globally;
