The responsibilities of the Sales Advisor in theSeasonal department are :
Greetcustomers warmly and ensure a good customerexperience;
Assess customer needs an provideexpert advice on seasonal departmentproducts;
Present and demonstrate the producthighlighting its positive features and suggest complementaryproducts;
Support the marketing of products inits department such as : display of merchandise, visual presentationand labelling
Keep up to date with new productsand their functions;
Ensure and participate inthe maintenance of his department;
Be aware ofcurrent promotions and flyers;
Develop a basicknowledge of all the departments in thestore;
If required, operate a forklift, inaccordance with the procedures and policies of theorganization;
Comply with policies andprocedures regarding loss prevention, breakage of goods and healthand safety;
Perform other duties as requestedby the supervisor.
