The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Segment High Resolution Flash LIDAR (HFL) is looking to strengthen its marketing and internal logistics presence with the addition of a highly motivated Marketing Intern.
At Continental's Advanced LIDAR Solutions' Carpinteria location, we are working on Solid State LIDAR sensor systems for autonomous driving, Off highway, Smart Cities and other Industry applications.
Core Responsibilities :
The responsibilities include
Working with the Technical Market Lead to support and realize events and trade shows
Coordinate internal messaging etc.
Sales Operations and Logistics activities (working with Sales, Finance, Shipping,
Some stock and inventory management
Special projects as assigned
Activities include :
Work with Continental marketing to create and modify content
Coordinate outbound tradeshows, company events, internal training
Coordinate customer visits with customer management team
Coordinate Order Administration
Work with sales and customer management team
Proof reading content and messaging
Coordinate and Manage demonstration equipment inventory
Manage Business Development inventory
Strong writing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & pdf content generation skills are a must
Ability to multi task and take initiative
Flexible work schedule (10 40 depending upon availability)
Ability to work in fast paced, cross cultural team
Proactive communication pattern with quick, well thought out responses
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Experience with content creation a plus, even if not professionally
Minimum GPA of 2.8
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited university degree program for the duration of the internship program
Must work a minimum of 16 hours a week.
You must be able to start immediately this is not a summer internship only.
