Our client in the healthcare is looking for a Senior Change / communication Manager(ProSci) to support a transition to a Front End Speech Recognition system.
Must Have :
University degree plus at least 4 years’ experience in organizational change management , training and communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with change / communication in a healthcare enviroment (clinician communications, engagement and change management)
Change management methodology training and application experince with ProSci .
Successful Candidate will :
Physician adoption : Supports the sites as needed on communications, engagement, training and metrics to monitor and increase FESR adoption.
Facilitates provider engagement working groups.
Education : Establishes training curriculum reviews current model and makes suggestions for further improvement. Works closely with the operations team and project educators on coordinating training schedules / room bookings / etc.
Change management and communication : Integral in drafting the change management and communications plan with PM. Drafts stakeholder and project team communications.
Management Consultant Organizational Change Management 8 - 10 years Please provide two projects where you were a Senior Change / communication Manager(ProSci) to support a systems transition in a healthcare environment? (Must-have)
