  • Assist and coach technicians on difficult repairs
  • Provide phone support to customers and sales
  • Work with the Material Planning Department to schedule and optimize repairs
  • Evaluate results of operational activities to ensure KPI targets are met
  • Offer leadership and overall direction to the Repair, Field Service and Service Administration TeamYou’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring
  • Post-Secondary education in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Technology
  • Good standing member of OACETT
  • 5-10 years experience leading technicians / technologists repair teams
  • 5-10 years experience in industrial electrical repair, electric drives and industrial controls
  • Previous supervisory and leadership experience
  • Understanding of electronics circuit theory be able to repair to a component
