We are looking for a Licensed Insolvency Trustee to join our team at our Burnaby office. Your primary responsibility is to perform remote based video and phone assessments for Debt Solution Managers (DSM’s) province wide.
As needed, you will also be required to perform in-person assessments of debtors at the Burnaby and other non-resident offices as assigned.
Your assessments will also include a review of the quality of file related documents compiled in our CRM system to ensure efficiencies of the review of same by the Resolution Team.
Your attendance in these meetings is to provide and ensure exceptional client service while maintaining the Firm’s high professional and statutory requirements.
Hours of Work
Notwithstanding the hours specified in the company’s employee handbook manual, at times of high volume within our professional organization, our Management (which includes all LITs), may be required to work such hours as required to fulfill our responsibilities.
