With Sustainalytics’ growth accelerating, we have needed to ensure appropriate levels of internal support to keep up with the pace of this expansion.

We formed the Executive Office (EO) so that strategic priorities would receive an increasing level of oversight, quality, and consistency.

The team, which reports into Sustainalytics’ president, oversees certain strategic, business unit-wide functions and works to facilitate collaboration across teams.

One of the EO’s strategic priorities is supporting the execution of our talent acquisition strategy. To that end, we are seeking a Recruitment Operations Associate to support the efficiency of our recruitment.

The role demands adeptness at problem-solving and a spirit of collaboration with the global Talent Acquisition team and our business unit’s functional teams to ensure that the processes effectively support Sustainalytics’ recruitment strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support hiring managers in drafting job descriptions and getting them posted
  • Regularly review progress of teams’ hiring portfolios with managers and Identify and implement new strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and support the reporting process to the management team
  • Support improvements in year-over-year recruitment metrics and positively impact retention of Sustainalytics’ diverse workforce
  • Partner with the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure that its processes effectively support Sustainalytics’ recruitment strategy, troubleshooting collaboratively where needed
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in related discipline (business, human resources) or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience obtained in a mid-large, global organization
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruitment operations
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at managing large data sets (such as time-to-fill data)
  • Familiarity with HRISes and / or recruitment platforms; knowledge of Workday considered an asset
  • Ability to learn, adapt and remain resilient in a high-growth, dynamic business environment
  • Proven relationship management capability and skill at collaborating at all levels
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
