About the Role
Reporting to the VP IT & Enterprise Applications, the Analytics and Insights Director is responsible for leading enterprise-wide Analytics and Insights processes and tools.
Working with key stakeholders and the executive leadership to determine how to measure the business to achieve optimal performance is the primary focus.
Leading the technical team through design, execution, and delivery of data insights and predictive analytics while leveraging current methods and tools such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning will help drive the required behaviours to achieve optimal business performance.
The incumbent will be responsible for the analytics and insights roadmap and building self-service capabilities in corporate service teams and other business units.
They will be key to implementing the data strategy for the company and building out the business intelligence and data science practices.
Keeping current with technology trends and transitioning the business to predictive vs. reactive will be key to success.
