Our client in the Consulting Industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to work on a 5-month assignment in their Downtown Toronto location.
The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $33.57 per hour!Responsibilities :
Support a team of consultants at all levels (Partner down through entry level), as required, by promoting smooth workflow to ensure that internal and external client needs are met.
Contribute to revenue management by supporting key financial processes including the preparation of
Engagement Letters and Statements of Work, creation of billing codes, accurate and prompt time entry, completion of expense reports
Draft and process monthly client invoices
Prepare and format documents using Word, PowerPoint and Excel, proofread documents for spelling and grammar and ensure all documents adhere to Mercer's global identity / document standards
Make travel arrangements, manage calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, support various business initiatives and assist with various administrative tasks as assignedAdvantages

ASAP start (5-month contract with potential of permanent)Qualifications
High School Diploma required; AA Degree or BA Degree preferred.
2-3 years of office management, administrative or assistant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a consulting environment or professional service industry.
Successful candidates have come from Finance, Legal or banking-but all experience is considered
High degree of professionalism and composure in dealing with colleagues and clients
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
Works collaboratively, promotes teamwork and motivates others
