Our client in the Consulting Industry is looking for an Executive Assistant to work on a 5-month assignment in their Downtown Toronto location.

The successful candidates will work full time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $33.57 per hour!Responsibilities :

  • Support a team of consultants at all levels (Partner down through entry level), as required, by promoting smooth workflow to ensure that internal and external client needs are met.
  • Contribute to revenue management by supporting key financial processes including the preparation of
  • Engagement Letters and Statements of Work, creation of billing codes, accurate and prompt time entry, completion of expense reports
  • Draft and process monthly client invoices
  • Prepare and format documents using Word, PowerPoint and Excel, proofread documents for spelling and grammar and ensure all documents adhere to Mercer's global identity / document standards
  • Make travel arrangements, manage calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, support various business initiatives and assist with various administrative tasks as assignedAdvantages

  • High School Diploma required; AA Degree or BA Degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of office management, administrative or assistant experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a consulting environment or professional service industry.
  • Successful candidates have come from Finance, Legal or banking-but all experience is considered
  • High degree of professionalism and composure in dealing with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
  • Works collaboratively, promotes teamwork and motivates others
  • Positive attitude combined with a sense of urgency; manages deadlines and competing requests; prioritizes work for self and others
