The FADOQ Network is the largest seniors' organization in Canada, with more than half a million members, 722 clubs, 16 regional groups and some 17,000 volunteers.
The FADOQ Network is looking for a customer service agent. Reporting to the Director of Recreation, Partnerships and Member Services, he will in particular :
Answer telephone calls and distribute calls to the people concerned;
Be able to refer the public to the appropriate resources;
Manage the general mailbox of the FADOQ network, answer questions from the public or forward them to the people concerned if necessary;
Receive mail and faxes and forward them to the persons concerned;
Explain to potential and current members the nature of the service offer and the costs of the services offered;
Offer administrative support to team members as needed.
